New Zoho Desk & Zoho CRM integration
We're excited to let you know that we've just added a new Zoho integration to Malcolm!
Using this integration you can now easily pass the information you collect from your customers or users in a Malcolm! Workflow directly into Zoho Desk to create a ticket or Zoho CRM to create a case or lead.
And of course you can use our rules and conditional logic functionality to trigger the integration only in the the scenarios you need it. Plus don't forget you can have multiple integrations and web hooks running at once meaning it's easy to link all your exisiting systems up with Malcolm!
